What is licensing-holding company?
All sales agents must place their license with a real estate broker or real estate corporation to legally earn money related to the sale of real estate. Park Place Realty Services provides an opportunity for Florida licensed agents to “park” their license and remain active with the Department of Business & Professional Regulation. This way you can earn referral commissions while pursuing other endeavors.

What will happen to my license?
Nothing! Your license will be placed under Park Place Realty Services, Inc. Agents must keep their license in good standing with the State of Florida in order to continue earning referral commissions through our program. We will send reminders when it is time for your license to be renewed with the DBPR and to remind you of the education requirements that must be completed.

How can an agent remain active and not pay board and MLS fees?
Park Place Realty Services is not a member of the local, state or national association, as we do not actively list or sell real estate or have the need for the multiple listing services that these associations provide.

Placing your license with Park Place Realty Services allows you to continue earning commissions without the costs and requirements of standard brokerage firms.

How do I earn referral fees?
All you need to do is submit a referral through our site and your referral will get assigned to a full-time qualified and experienced agent. This agent will do ALL the work and will pay a referral fee for providing them with a client who uses their services.

Can I choose the real estate agent that will handle my client?
Yes, if you know of an agent that you wish to handle your client, submit that information to us and we will place your referral to the agent of your choice.

When will my client be contacted by a real estate agent?
Once you submit your request, we will contact your client within 48 hours to discuss their specific needs and match them with an experienced agent. The agent will contact the client within 24 hours. If the agent does not contact them within this time frame, please inform us immediately and we will contact the agent.

Will I know the status of my referred client?
Yes, we send weekly contact reports to the referring agent on all clients and will forward their responses to you by email.

What if my client is unhappy with the real estate agent they are placed with?
The client’s satisfaction is our top priority. If the client or you are unhappy with the company or agent the client was placed with for any reason, please contact us immediately so we may reassign your client to another agent. You can email or call us at any time.

How much can I earn?
You will make from 70% to 95% of all referral income received. That is 20% to 45% increase from a standard referral company. FOR EXAMPLE: A typical residential sale of $250,000 nets a commission to the referred agent of $ 7500. The referred agent pays Park Place Realty Services a referral fee of 25% totaling $1875. As an associate you will be paid $1312.50 or $1781.25 of the referral fee depending on the plan you have selected.

What is the cost to join Park Place Realty Services?
There are two plans available. Plan A has an annual fee of $99, which pays 70% of all referral fees received to the referral associate. Plan B has an annual fee of $395, which pays 95% of all referral fees received to the referral associate. Either plan you choose will pay for itself on your first referral.
